A YouTuber called Explanationpoint did a pretty good video about it. If it was just the face i would probably raise an eyebrow but in the end not care about it. But i will say that the proportions of an adults women short petite body is different from the proportions of a girl with the same hight who is also petite. It can happen that they look very similar but that is definitely an exception not the rule.
