This may be a bad idea, yet if you were to simply prioritise sleep over everything else; 9 hours a day to get back to a healthy state and then once you’re in a routine you can relax it down to 8 or 7 (rough numbers) as you will have a regular sleep pattern you don’t feel like you constantly desire a 12 hour nap. If possible include loved ones and hobbies into your spare time but you’ll have it later and you’ll probs enjoy it more if you are fully cognitive.
