From what I can infer from both the title and the comic here’s what I believe transpired. The blue dragon wanted to have intercourse with the red dragon, and thus (he is apparently made out of slime / latex) wraps himself around the frown dog (wolf?) whom I presume to be the crush of the red dragon.His plan of having intercourse with the other dragon unfortunately do not come to fruition as the red dragon apparently wanted to instead wrap himself around the dog. Thus defeating the plan of the first blue dragon. If taken past face value, the comic presents itself as possibly* incest. As the title does state about “Two brothers one body”. This could reference the fact there are only two dragons in this comic, and that both of them use the dog (one body). Unfortunately due to no other information, what I present to you is nothing more than a hypothesis, and as such your imagination and guess, are as good as mine.
