Interesting questions, I had initially though of almost humanoid animals like seen in this comic, but i guess i never specified though, i would say that the animals already present on earth would still exist, the difference in this hypothetical society is that a new pseudo-species of animals with antropomorfic attributes appear and its up to society to decide if this new beings deserve rights and a fair treatment, answering your question; this animals aint as aggresive as their counterparts, neither they are feral nor need to be vaccinated, thanks for your response though.
