While she may have been happy/not cared about it when she woke up and was aware of the situation there was still no consent during or before when the action took place.
Therefore it was rape or at least sexual assault and the only way that it wouldn’t be rape is if it was planned beforehand (which there’s no context or hint of that happening in the comic).
