The artist is named Kovar for those who are wondering.

Cool designs but leafeon, vaporeon and pikachu all have V rules despite not being V pokemon. Additionally, I don’t like the “top” replacing the stage on some Pokémon. Finally, I don’t like the Pokémon to overlap with their names. Goodra and lucario do this. I also am not a fan of the ones that simply don’t have moves. I would prefer if they seemed like real cards but porn.
