i am in the same boat as you, but, i looked over it again and saw to it as unneeded drama, freya knew fox was in trouble and should have already had her weapon drawn, she also has thermal vision so she could have seen who to take out first, second, third and so on, or fox could have chosen a human, then called freya, had her take out the “henchmen” as he killed the pig, in my opinion, this could have had a perfectly fine ending, but the story is overall pretty good.
