For the record, I’d argue that the definition of beastiality is flawed, and should not be defined as two different species, but should cover intelligent and non-intelligent life. If something can communicate with knowledge of what it is doing (e.g. saying, writing, using sign language, using morse code etc. to communicate “yes, I want to have sex”, while simultaneously understanding what they are consenting to), then it should be legal. This (if articulated more clearly than what I have written) would allow intercourse between two sentient species (such as a Homo Sapiens and JD Vance) while still allowing dog-(and couch)-fuckers to be prosecuted.
