Whitewashing as a whole is way more prominent on media than “blackwashing”, certain games (im looking at you gacha games) steal music, clothe style, hair style and cultural backgrounds from Poc origins but they exclusively leave out that they’re poc and making them pale asf and calling it a day, what im trying to say it’s that you can’t really put them on the same level of significance when one rarely intrudes on the other
