Déjà vu could be caused by different ruptures or experiences created by past people, and due to this there is a super vast amount of experiences and choices that may differ from what you have made currently. Déjà vu is random experiences and the reason I say this is because I think we all die at a preset time no matter what we do and when it arrives it rewinds leaving marks as at least some things are left out or entangled into the current time so when you experience Déjà vu it was a past experience you had before the reset. So basically, you see a road, QE happens after you die and reset, different choices are made but you eventually see or remember what happened because the QE gives you a rundown of it
